You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

Unwashed and free of pet hair, stains, or odors

In its original packaging with all tags attached

Returned within 15 days of delivery

Refund Processing

Shipping Costs and Return Labels

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and covering return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The only exception is if the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid label or reimburse your return shipping. Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? We're happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange. You'll need to return your original item following the process above at your own expense, and we'll ship out the new item once we receive it.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund. Items returned after the 15-day window may be refused or returned to sender.
